Returns Policy

We hope you are more than satisfied with your product, however, you are entitled to a product refund up to 14 days from the delivery date. The returned product must be new, in perfect condition and in original packaging. Used or damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage as we can take no responsibility for items lost in transit.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct a percentage of the original selling price from the refund amount.


Delivery charges are non-refundable except where the product is faulty or wrongly sent.


In the unfortunate event of an item arriving damaged and/or faulty, please contact us immediately.


We aim to process all refunds within 10 working days. However, during busy times, this might take slightly longer. We will email a confirmation once the refund has been made.
